Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer 24-hour order processing (excluding weekends and holidays). All items purchased include FREE standard shipping to all US destinations within 4 to 6 business days.
Shipping Carrier
Most orders shipping within the United States ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Processing Orders
Orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped out as soon as possible.
Shipping
If you select standard shipping, you will receive your first order within 6 days. If you select the expedited, 2-day option, you should receive your order within 3 business days.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to the United States only (except Hawaii and Alaska). At this time, we don't offer international shipping, but we hope to sometime in the near future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with shipping confirmation and tracking number link which you can follow. Alternatively, you can track your shipment from your account, just log in to view.
Undeliverable Packages
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Alcedo as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at info@alcedohealth.com to make arrangements for reshipment.
Return Policy
We stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase experience within 30 days, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund.
